REFUND OF PRE-ORDERS
Pre-Orders are goods which currently NOT in circulation within the market and buyer pays to secure availability of product in future release.
● Please read carefully on following terms and condition before placing pre-orders
- Pre-Order requires payment at checkout in order to secure availability of desired item. (Generally 30% down payment or 100% full payment).
- Shipping fee is not accounted of (due to weight uncertainty) and payable on release of product.
- Estimated release time will be shown on product page.
- Actual release time heavily depends on manufacturer's discretion and is completely uncontrollable by INS Hobby.
- Deferral of release date is a usual practice in toy industry and therefore, please do not place any order if buyer is unwilling to wait.
- Maximum waiting time for pre-order goods would be 2 years. If 2 years passed after official release time and item still not released, we justify that item will never launch and refund to buyer in FULL.
- If buyer changed mind right after pre-order, we ONLY accept refund within 3 days of cooling period from order placement date (inclusive).
- NET refund amount would be payment price less any non-recoverable charge incurred by INS Hobby. e.g. bank charges and selling fees.
- NO refund can be made after 3 days from pre-order placement
- However, refund can be processed after 2 years maximum waiting time
- E-mail or SMS notifications will be sent to buyers when product releases. Please make sure all outstanding payments to be cleared, i.e. balance payment or shipping fee before shipment.
- If outstanding invoice not settled in 30 days, buyers are deemed to forfeit pre-order goods and all prepaid deposits non-refundable.
- All pre-order funds are non-redeemable and non-exchangeable.
- If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped together when all pre-ordered items are available. As a good practice, please separate IN-Stock and Pre-Order items into 2 orders.
- Once buyers placed pre-order which mean they have full understanding and agreed with our Terms & Conditions.
RETURN OF GOODS
Return of goods is valid for 7 days upon delivery of order. If 7 days have gone since delivery and you have not initiated any request, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original factory packaging.
Some of our goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital product
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
NOTE : Please do not send your return package back to manufacturer
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Collectible goods like action figures, PVC figure which original box has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
REFUND OF RETURNED ITEMS
Once return is received and inspected, we will send an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of handling days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next step is to contact your local bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

REPLACEMENT OF GOODS
We only replace items if they are functionally defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs (when shipping from overseas to INS Hobby) for refund or exchange. However, replacement shipping cost (sending back to customers) will be borne by INS Hobby.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for you to receive a replacement part may vary.
If you are returning an item with value over US$50, we strongly advise you to use a trackable shipping service and for value over US$200, with both tracking number & insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and any loss arises from untrackable shipments are NOT REFUNDED, including value of goods and shipment fee.
We believe that most of the disputes can be solved by good communication. Therefore, please always contact us
before you request for a refund or replacement.
