If you find any product interested, first step is to sign-up an account with your e-mail and password

② Add item(s) to shopping cart

③ Complete order form with customer and shipping details

④ Proceed to checkout and pay

⑤ Order confirmation sent after successful payment

⑥ Warehouse starts packaging

⑦ Shipment notification sent (with tracking number)

⑧ Wait for package delivery

It is not a good practice to cancel immediately after placing an order - " Think before you buy "

However, if you really find something wrong with the order or do not want the item, contact us before order shipment and ask for cancellation and we will assist with the process

Yes, basically we ship all over the world !!

Shipping costs are calculated base on actual package weight and will be applied at checkout

It highly depends on which country you are located and shipping method you have chosen

All shipments are trackable with tracking detail provided in shipment confirmation notice

We strongly recommend customers to track regularly from our Track Order page

Priority mail is the most popular method used by customers which is a premier service in connection with your local courier or post office

We also offer a more economic way of EMS from post office (for small packet) and super economy (for bulk package) as well as express mail service, if faster shipping is needed

We keep sourcing high quality products and will be inspected before shipping to make sure items customers received are in good condition

Unfortunately, if you received a defective item, with broken or missing parts, please record down by photo or video and email us

For security reason, we DO NOT store any credit card number in our database to prevent any fraud

PayPal is another safe payment method available in our store
