BEFORE SHIPMENT
All products will be inspected by our staff before shipment. This is to make sure items our customer receive are in good condition and quality. Unless otherwise specified, all products sold at this site are brand new and never used. However, please beware box may be opened by officers during customs clearance check. That doesn't mean items are used or opened by INS Hobby.
HANDLING TIME
Handling time generally takes 2-3 working days and may be longer for peak seasons. Individual handling time of product is stated in "Product Description Page".
NO orders will be shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, e.g. Black Friday or Christmas, shipments may be further delayed by couple days or weeks. Please allow additional time for transit of goods.

Available carriers and shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout page. Shipping time greatly varies depending on shipping method chosen and country where buyer is located.
We continuously search for international shipping companies which provide superior service and add them to our shipping profiles that may change occasionally when necessary.

Many other factors would also affect final delivery time such as, natural disaster, labor strike, custom clearance process and flight schedule which INS Hobby has no control over such circumstances.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a "Shipment Confirmation" email once your order's shipping label has been created together with tracking number. Tracking number will be active, usually within 24-48 hours. Please notice for cross-border shipments, tracking number may not appear in destination countries' local systems until parcel actually arrives.

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
INS HOBBY is NOT responsible for any custom duties and foreign tax that applies to your order.
All taxes imposed by local government and collected during or after shipment are the responsibility of buyer. Please check your local government policies regarding import duties and other taxes before placing orders.
DAMAGES
We always do proper packaging before shipment and only strong boxes with sufficient inner buffering materials will be used. However, INS Hobby is not liable for any damages and losses due to rude or violent shippers. If you receive your items in damaged condition, please save all packaging materials with damaged goods, take clear photos and contact us to resolve the problem.
