3. Complete order form with shipping details

4. Checkout and pay for items

5. Receive order confirmation e-mail

6. Warehouse starts packaging

7. Shipment confirmation with tracking number provided

8. Sit back and wait for parcels

Orders

Generally, it is not a good practice to cancel immediately after placing an order and not advised to do so. However, if you really find something wrong with the order or do not want the item, contact us by e-mail: support@inshobby.com before order was shipped and ask for cancellation. We will assist you in the process. (Kindly note that NO CANCELLATION will be accepted after orders have been shipped).

Shipments

Yes, basicllay we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply and will be displayed at checkout and added to total amount based on shipping weight.

It depends on the country where you are located. All our shipments are trackable and details will be provided in shipping confirmation email. We strongly recommend customers to track regularly on official carrier websites.

Currently, we use EMS service from post office, which is an economic way for overseas shiping. We continuously seek for high quality carriers and add them into our shipping profiles, so please stay tune with us.

Products

We keep sourcing high quality products and will be inspected before shipping to make sure items customers received are in good condition. Unfortunately, if it turns out that items you received are wrong or not functioning properly, please record down by photos or videos and e-mail us at support@inshobby.com and we will take follow up actions.

For security reason, we WILL NOT store any credit card information in our database.
